This is going to be a fun day for everyone. I tried to make this day as easy and stress free for everyone. This is an outline with travel and accommodation suggestions. I’ve a discount code at the Americas Best Value Inn, New Paltz. When making your reservation, use the "Groups" discount code: G201007SA. In order to use the discount code, you HAVE to call the front desk directly at 845-255-886 EXT 0. This discount code unfortunately doesn't work if booked online. The hotel is near the New York State, Governor Thomas E. Dewey, Thruway at exit 18. Everyone coming from out of the area should book their room there. Check-In time is 3pm, so you should request early check-in or come Friday afternoon and enjoy the New Paltz night life below. I will make sure there is a shuttle to bring you back and forth to the party.

Individuals coming from NYC, I've thought of you! There is a Trailways Bus that runs 7 days a week, several times a day that will drop you off at the New Paltz Park and Ride; a short walk to the hotel. There is great night life nearby in Downtown New Paltz (<1 mile). In New Paltz there are several bars, lounges, and resturants.

For those looking for an alternative hotel because of specific undisclosed beef with Americas Best Value Inn, there is a Hampton Inn that shares a parking lot and will be easy to catch the shuttle.
